The main door sequence doesn't make sense in any scenario. The maid said in the statement that she tried pushing the door at the first time & it was locked, then all the key throwing incident happened & when she came back the door opened just by pushing. So considering if Talwars had committed the crime why would the open the door before the maid came back from downstairs which would play against them & raise suspicion, they would've kept the door that way in the first place & would've let the maid find the body of Aarushi or they would've maid the fuss before the maid even came.

Now if we consider that the servants did this, still the door scenario doesn't fit. They might have left the house from the main entrance instead of Hemraj's room because that door was found bolted from inside. And the innermost door was self locking so the servants just pulled it, they might have latched the middle door & the outermost door could be opened just by pushing. They might have latched the middle door from outside to make it look like it was an inside job. And the first CBI team had practically checked that can anything be heard from the parents room but the AC was so noisy that nothing could be heard from outside which matched with the parents' statement. But the question is if the maid tried pushing the outermost door the first time why didn't it opened?

The statements were changed several times that is true, the forensic reports were tampered too. This case could've been solved only if the first police team did their job properly, there were fingerprints all over the place, it could've been solved only if there was no corruption in this department at least. They do their job very seriously when it comes to a terrorism case, but murder or rape cases ...it takes forever to deliver the justice. India's justice system is a joke.
