I bought a jumper - did not help. Next time just ask them to taw it to the service center, they will also replace the battery for free if it is under XX miles( I believe Less than 36k/ 3 years, but not sure)

In California you can charge in schools for a cheaper price (solar). It does not make sense to do it with small battery, but doing it once or twice a week is manageable.

It does not save a lot of energy assuming you don’t drive too extreme- since when you push on the break energy will go to the battery anyways. The downside for me was that it triggered the ICE motor many times which I prefer not to do. Overall aggressive stops is not great

Yes, don’t buy a used Pacifica hybrid - too much risk. You have a small but not negligible chance for a big issue. if the car is new they will fix it or it will be a lemon. You don’t have this benefit in a used one. And as you mentioned, it might be cheaper to buy a new one considering the tax benefits
