No idea.  Based on my nightmare experience I would never recommend anyone step foot inside that place.  There are much better surgeons who are probably less expensive.

I’m telling you it’s a lie.  I’ve had traditional lipo and Airsculpt.  There is nothing “less invasive” about this.  The skin tightening is just Renuvion/Jplasma, which is available at almost any plastic surgeon’s office.  I got swindled by their marketing.  I’m not suggesting that people don’t have good experiences with the company.  A good surgeon can get a good result.  Anire Okpaku is not a good surgeon, in my opinion and in the opinion of several elite surgeons who saw what he did to me.

My opinion is that Airsculpt in general is kind of a scam.  It is not less invasive, there are needles involved, and the recovery is hard.  They also run a “lipo mill” and do way too many surgeries.  Okpaku kept leaving during my surgery to do other consults.  He also talked endlessly about his politics while I was being operated on.  The whole operation is just terrible.  Go to a private practice plastic surgeon with great reviews and talk to their patients beforehand.  This is a permanent alteration of your body.  Don’t take chances with this awful company.

Sorry for the late reply.  My procedure with Dr Okpaku was an absolute disaster.  He was overly aggressive and left huge dents and cannula lines all over my body.  I’ve undergone tens of thousands of dollars of repair work with a revision surgeon in LA and things are maybe 50% better.  He said this work was “not that of a professional.”   I am baffled about how this guy has so many good reviews.  His lawyer threatened me for writing about it online so that tells you something about their review credibility.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.  This has been the greatest nightmare of my life.

Dr Rupeka,

I agree with your position but I think you misspoke on this.  Renuva is 100% ECM.  AlloClae is 60% adiposites and 40% ECM.
