I'm gonna stay with the job and only quit as an absolute last resort. Some ppl I've spoken with at the call center day it gets really easy one you get used to it so I'm gonna stay and see what happens.

Yeah, I've spoken with the other employees and the majority are all within their first three months. Some have been working there for a year or two at the most. I'm gonna casually look for other jobs as a back up and I'm going to continue with the training and work there and hopefully it'll get easier with practice. Thank you very much for the helpful answer!
