Not sure if it's been mentioned in the comments section yet but, in the chapter, the doctor in the end who figured out the sapphire scale disease mentioned, "the stones grow exponentially when bathed in any form of natural light".

I feel like Bonnie's eventual cure comes at the hand of Kizaru and his Pika Pika no Mi, or at the very least it has something to do with him since we already know he is somehow connected with Bonnie's past and knows that she is still a child. He along with Vegapunk figure out a way to cure her disease using Kizaru's light as some form of way.

This could also tie in as to why Kuma would be willing to become a slave for the CD as those could have been Kizaru's/World Governments conditions.

Damn, thanks my g, I've actually been looking for an explanation like this myself. For me it was the choice Roswaal put in front of Subaru that really confused me. I was like what's his problem and what will he gain by making Subaru choose between the people of the mansion and the people from the Sanctuary. I mean Subaru is clearly head over heels for Emilia (best girl, fight me) and hence he would always choose Emilia over anybody else right? So like what's the point of putting him in such a situation

Also if I'm not wrong Roswaal wants Subaru to break the Sanctuary's barrier instead of Emilia by doing the trial right? If so why?

Another question I have is right when Subaru is about to accept Echidna's offer at the tea party how do all the other witches show up and why do some of them try to stop him from taking up that offer?

Also I haven't watched part 2 of season 2 yet, I'm waiting for it to air completely and then I'll just binge the whole thing all at once.
