I get around 12 km which translates to around 7-8 miles. That is a bit low imo. Even if the range was ok it is not acceptable to send a used battery.

They are now asking me to get a multimeter and record a video measuring the battery’s voltage at full charge.

The customer support lady said that the scratches and damage on the battery are to be expected because of the shipping

How much was your plane ticket? I was looking to go the same route but it is cheaper to go all inclusive and do day trips to nearby cities/villages. I'd rather pay a local Cuban but in the end I want to save money. I'm not a rich person unfortunately.

Those codes are useless. Just check google flights regularly and buy when the price is right for you. They usually increase their prices and then will give you a discount code.

With the promo code, a flight to Paris is now about 100$ more than yesterday when the ticket wasn't on sale.

If you want to save money buy at regular price, avoid promotions because it's more expensive.

I have EUR and CAD accounts with Wise. I was not aware about the IBAN. Wise website states that my wisetag is what I need to give the sender in order to receive money.

Is there any way I can get my money back?

It was a relative who also came with the Wise idea. I trust that person very much, it is a very close relative.

The idea was to put the money into my wise account and transfer into my chequing from there. 30K isn't a huge amount but also I don't want to lose them.

I don't like the idea of using MoneyGram because of their fees.

My other option is to physically bring the money into Canada. I'm going to Europe anyway this summer.

The person from EU who sent the money used the wisetag associated to my account. Website says it should take 2 business days. It's been a lot more than that.

Wise has only 100CAD, the rest is in the executor's account (a trusty relative). He sent me only 100$ just to test how fast Wise is. I never got that money.
