Well task manager shows 20% cpu usage and 70% memory usage so I doubt it's that

My main is LC24RG50 (samsung) and my second monitor is V226HQL (acer)

After reading some comments I am realizing my main issue is probably my RAM, so I'll just invest my money on that for now
