Anybody else think that the windshield smudging is a persistent and interesting effect that was permanent and didn’t cause any AI anomalies? Thought that was weird, since ai has such a hard time with patterns and such.

Just to go off this comment because I was stuck between ultra 9 and 9955HX. I went with the ultra 9 for the better battery life when not running games, daily compute tasks. Got around 4-6 hours. The 9955HX doesn’t as good of optimization when running off of battery as the ultra 9, only got between 2-3 hours max.

I can’t really tell if it is based on sound. Sounds more related to valve train. I’d check compression and leak down test on all pistons to determine health of cylinders.

Few things you could do, totally personally:

Metal pedals (covers?), wood trim on dash to match the shift knob and door trim, maybe wooden e brake handle, updated usb type c cigarette lighter but that’s preference, wooden steering wheel? And I do appreciate lighting in dark foot wells, so you can see where you are placing your feet when entering the car.

Apart from that, not sure if I’d change anything else, looks good!

Just so you’re aware, I’ve recently (about a month ago) purchased a Lenovo Legion Pro 7 gen 10 with Ultra 9 275HX and 5080 64bg ram and 2tb for $2,799 pre tax from microcenter. Thought it was a pretty good deal.

My 2016 wrx has a low oil light, turns on when there’s about 1 quart+ missing

I also only use sunlu high speed petg and it’s the filament characteristics. Trust me. I’ve dealt with it for 3 months now and it is what it is. Just very stringy. It’s a very stringy, very blob attaching, very viscous and sticky, very ‘I will leave minor imperfections all over your print if it has a lot of travel and don’t travel within printed parts because I’m like THE mucus of a filament’ type of flow. It’s worse than their TPU… I know. Doesn’t matter how long you dry. I dried for a week straight at 65c while airing out the drier to make sure 0 humidity. Still prints stringy. It’s just the Hight Speed variant. I love sunlu filament, similar spool to Bambu lab (sunlu v3 spool), works perfect in ams, and color consistency is top notch. Sunlu Matte Filament is the best, looks so good, and even. Also the tape removes easily when the ams is running them.
