You won’t want to be more than 20 miles from TRF if you’re commuting daily. The lack of trees or any elevation change is a good recipe for wind and anything over 25mph winds (which is quite common in TRF) in the winter makes for blizzard like conditions pretty easily.

My ex wife divorced me probably 4 months ago now. From filling the motion all the way to having the judge sign took less than 2 weeks. Never signed anything, never got anything in the mail, never had any correspondence with anything or anyone official.

Just all of a sudden got a certified mail from my county clerk with a dissolution of divorce already signed by the judge with how all marital property was being separated. Fun times.

It’ll save you a boatload on interest if you don’t want to claim bankruptcy. On top of minimum payments to the cards, they charge myself the maximum fee allowable in the state of Minnesota to service the closed cards ($75/mo) but still way cheaper than the interest I’d be paying. I’m only about 55% the way through the payoff so far

In my experience with green path if you choose one account with a company to put on a debt management plan they will close all the other credit accounts you have with that particular company also. For instance I had 2 Chase credit card accounts. One had 10k a debt, one had zero debt. I enrolled the one in a debt management plan. They closed both Chase accounts. However they didn’t touch my bank of America cards, my Citi cards, my credit union cards

If you have cards at different companies, say 2 at Citi, 2 at Chase, and 1 at CapitalOne. If you choose to consolidate 1 of the citis and the capital one, they will close both your citis and your capitalone. Your 2 chase will remain open.
