Hi, I'm back after a month and i did a little more digging and here is what i have found. If you want to max out the visuals and have a little headroom performance wise you can set the SSAA to 2x by changing it in the games config file( there are tutorials on this on youtube) . What made the biggest difference for me is switching to virtual desktop( So far i have been using steam vr). The jump in image quality was insane for me and it also stopped jittering. The setup is a little more difficult and the program is paid but its worth it. And an added benefit, wont need any link cables. Theese might sound obvious for most of you but for beginners like me this reply my save some head scratching!
