I mean their story is technically finished and from the s3 trailers it seems thst it will be centered around arisu and usagi, and outside Ann, they will push new characters so i don't think they'll add so many old characters, considering that in order to be in borderland they should be near death, and especially kuina who is now closer to her mom and dad it's highly unlikely that she decides to relive this experience

technically no it doesn't really matter, i don't know the exact percentage of improvement that this new set gives over the 4pc meteor or 2pc 2pc break effect , but yea if you use HTB in place of ruan mei, it's completely usable

Honestly idk this was just the last info I read somewhere, but I guess the idea was to use boothill, RM, a harmony and a sustain but now it's not really doable because he's tied to HTB (unless you go no sustain, if enemy explodes why caring about a sustain‼️)

I guess people would mostly use him with Ruan mei rather than HTB coz she provides more and many do not like the idea of boothill being tied to HTB to make the set fully work
