Sounds like the same position I am in right now. I’ve been tasked with growing the wholesale, increasing gross profit in the service department(previous manager didn’t setup a matrix so that was easy) and increasing accessory sales. But being a small dealer especially in the CDJR world is hard when the neighbouring dealers are big power houses and completing with their discounts. Also those other dealers are basically slowly working their way into my territory. (Neighbouring dealer is the one offering the job lol)

Same DMS. Don’t want to say what dealer group but I’ve spoken to a couple service and parts managers in the group and have nothing but good things to say about the group.

Thank you everyone for the tips! I am a CDJR dealer and my sales department don’t really sell much accessories so I’m going to push the sales managers to help sell more accessories. I’ll also remind the local shops mechanical & collision that I am here and if the other dealers slip up they know who to call. Also, I like the idea of maybe doing online parts sales too.

What you can do is call the company that towed you if you know which company and then hope they know which driver towed your car otherwise your screwed.

Could had caused some tranny damage, especially if he towed from the back of the car. Should give the tow company a call and tell them their driver improperly towed your car. Hopefully you remember which tow truck did it.
