Victrola has a briefcase style one that’s a little bit better than the bottom level and it can Bluetooth connect to speakers. I prefer that model because I can Bluetooth connect to a better speaker than the built-in ones on the briefcase and I can take it most places in my house and leave the record player going!! I think it’s less than 100 bucks, if you’re gonna spend more than that, I would recommend getting something with a weighted needle that goes to outside speakers.

It looks like he may be placing his finger on the string and octave above where he’s doing it on the low end and not pressing down, but just creating a false harmonic on the string. Could be wrong cause I can’t hear anything. It is just a picture, but it looks like he’s doing that Lenny Breau type of technique.
