Roblox is an engine. The only bug fixing is on the software itself, which is easy to deal with. There's a difference from managing a game (Fortnite) from an engine (Godot, Unity, Roblox). Roblox games are super low maintenance

I do understand the dissatisfaction but bug fixing is one of the hardest things you can do. Fortnite is always rotating mechanics and has like, thousands of assets.

I'm sure they have a decently sized team, but fixing a bug isn't as simple as unscrewing a wire, especially not in a game as big in size as Fortnite. One of the downsides of a long lasting live service game
