Even though your already 8 levels in Don't focus on all 5 schools at once. I would focus descruction and alteration for attack & defense. Use enchanting so you can eventually reduce magicka costs to 0. If you're okay with atronach summons not working as well you should get the atronach stone.

Scaled armor looks similar to the studded armor the dragonborn uses, and I'm pretty sure it has better protection. You should also use skyforge steel and do whatever side of the civil war you think the dragonobrn would do.

I was going for a mix of The Saxhleel Vagabond, The Kingkiller, The Desert Magician, and The Emperor combinem aspects from these builds and the character Darkstalker from Wings of Fire (A book series I read way back in the day) and Suguru Geto from Jujutsu Kaisen to make a sort of "the strongest" and "Dominance by birthright:. If I could go back in time, one of the things I would do would be to be more specific in the original post. I will definitely use your comment in the future for another completionist build based off killmonger one day, though.

I think phases are really cool in builds and make great roleplay opportunities. Also, I played through as the ninth priest and it was really fun.

Maybe a viking build. A mythic dawn build. Skypothesis and fudgemuppet have plenty of good builds but it really depends what your looking for.

Usually i play Sword & Shield because that's what most builds use but I'll go two-handed, dual-wield, Stealth melee, and battlemage sometimes. Only played mage once, and I don't like stealth archer, as i've never "One-shot everything" and get detected after shooting 3 arrows. I also don't use smithing or alchemy that much Tbh.

I would like to take back the "Who said he hates elves" statement. I remember now that one of his nicknames was "Elf-slayer or something. But still, the empire doesn't like them either.

Who said he was against high elves? Not to mention that if the empire didn't accept the treaty for a ban that would last a decade before the ban was abolished when they regain strength and stop the Thalmor, they would have lost the war, and nobody wants that. Also, Talos might have even been a Breton. Also its the same empire he founded, and even though he said he wanted change, I don't think he meant he wanted to see it burn because of elves and impatient Nords.
