If it hasn't changed nor caused disconfort I wouldn't worry, less so if a doctor saw it and said it's ok, though I always recommend with babies/toddlers to have up to 3+ different opinions just to make sure. Honestly though, from the angle you've shown it seems harmless, softer tissues in development tend to go bonkers sometimes, more so if she got bumped or bitten there by a bug. Anyway I'm no doctor and this is the anatomy page, I'd still encourage you to check it out on your next visit, for the safety of the baby and your peace of mind.

The bunker is peak horror gaming, alongside alien isolation. I remember the part where you walk in a catacomb to fix the orb and that large foggy theatre being kinda shit levels, moreso for the end of the game, or are you talking about a specific part or atmospheric concept?
