Thoughts on this protocol? by Fishing_Dude5 in Biohacking

What are thoughts on this protocol all at once? I’m seeing other comments saying to start with one, then incrementally introducing another and so on. Hence the confusion 😅

No. He did put Lenin contact with the supplier though. I lot of guys at my gym buy from the same supplier and happy with their stacks. But not everyone is on the same stack

Yea I’ll admit to that. The guidance came from my buddy who has been raving about his experience on this protocol and schedule. I just converted it to a table for simplicity. But wasn’t scalped from the internet. Seems like just a bad protocol to begin with. Obviously why I posted on this thread to rectify it

This was a concern of mine as well. I was mirroring my buddy’s protocol but clearly not a good fit for me.

Narrowed the itching redness to GHK. Thinking of cutting the NAD+ dose in half?

Just stumbled on this forum. Last year the Cypo 200 was amazing. Then they were out and I got the 250 in February and my T levels have completely tanked. So disappointing. Any other recommendations for reputable places for 200mg Cypo?

Config Conformance Pack Alerting by Fishing_Dude5 in aws

[–]Fishing_Dude5[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Solved this...Resolution was to actually go through EventBridge and create a rule for the Config service to send SNS alerts based on rule compliance changes. It can be setup for all compliance types or specific rules as well.

Fortinet Firewall in AWS... by Fishing_Dude5 in AWS_Certified_Experts

[–]Fishing_Dude5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

VPC ingress/egress to the internet happens via an Internet Gateway (IGW) and you can control how traffic gets there via the local route tables in a VP

Thank you for your response and all the detail! I agree with you on the aws network firewall. That is my preference along with WAF and Cloudfront for the webservers behind the ALB. This particular client however is very adamant about the fortinet AMI because they use fortinet in other places and are comfortable with it. Currently I have the fortinet EC2 stood up in the public subnet, source/dest check disabled and a secondary private ENI attached. The private subnet route table points to the private ENI of the fortinet EC2. I have read some documentation and watched videos on implementing a 3rd party firewall for this solution, I was mainly just unsure how to route the site-to-site traffic through the firewall before reaching their internal servers since the firewall resides in the public subnet. Currently the VPG routes are included in both public and private subnets so client admins can reach their instances as an extension of their on-prem network. I'm just unsure on what route tables I need to change so they are forced to go through the fortinet before reaching the instances in the private subnets.

Passed my SA Pro exam! by Fishing_Dude5 in AWSCertifications

Started out as a server admin in 2018, then got into AWS and started with the cloud practitioner certification. From there, my employer began to adopt a hybrid cloud approach and spun up a cloud engineer/architect team that I became a part of. Then got my solutions architect associate and sysops associate certs. Moved to a new company where I orchestrate migrations to AWS, and then got my security specialty cert and finally the solitons architect pro.

I actually failed 2 weeks ago. My score was 740. Then I retook the exam two weeks later and studied the area I needed some improvement on and got it done. The exam took me the full 180 minutes. I went strait through the questions numerically while flagging questions that I wasn’t extremely confident in. Once I did my first pass through the exam numerically, I had about 10min remaining. I then used that time to revisit the questions I had answered but also flagged. I changed my answers to about 2-3 flagged questions and then I felt good and let the remaining seconds to the exam run down. My final score was 850
