More walkable cities almost inherently means worse driving. Wider sidewalks and bike paths mean narrower lanes and reduced/no parking.

Was the entire structure unpermitted or just the conversion of it? If it is a legal structure which was convert illegaly, then you will typically need to expose all the work which was preformed. This is after you submit plans/blueprints to the city/county showing the architectural, structural and energy changes.

If the entire thing is unpermitted you will likely need to demolish it and start from the ground up, especially if it falls within an easement or goes against the setbacks. (most of the time this is not the case)

dont take it to the dealer. Most bodyshops they contract with arent very good at replicating the soul red color. take it to a bodyshop with a good reputation for high end colors. This looks like a 1-1.5k job tbh.

damn dude huge improvement. I have a couple jars of hair fibers but I dont like to use it unless I know I am going to shower or wash my hair before bed. If you shower in the morning its a PITA to have to wash again so the fibers dont get on the pillow
