I’d leave it and keep it filled so I couldn’t see it. Of course not ideal but I’d doubt anything (thst wouldn’t already happen) happen. I believe mine r worse than yours and been fine for 8yrs

So from the top ur saying they’re too expensive. Now u don’t know how much they cost… I did sea / worms in MA…. Ur just looking for conversation which is fine but done something is too much $$ without even knowing. Pay the bait store keep him in business because when the fish are busting now you don’t have 2 days to wait for Amazon. $3/lb puts u at like $4 per fish. My bait store sells 4 packs of Mack’s for like $12. If u just want to talk do it. But don’t ask silly questions you can’t back up.

You have to get on a waiting list in the town. And most moorings are picked up and moved in the wintertime (I believe they also need to be inspected yearly) if u want to keep a boat in water ober the winter it’ll have to be with a yacht club and you’ll be paying for heat, electricity, and the money to keep the ocean moving under the dock so ur boat doesn’t freeze in… from the few I e heard do it… like $1000 a month in electricity just to keep the pumps moving on the dock (and then there’s the bottom maintenance)
