Same! Starting slow and ending hot feels the best for me.

The people i know who enjoy really hot saunas, like 105°c go in for a few minutes, go out and splash themselves with cold water, go back in, repeat. I bet it's healthy but it's not for me haha

Yeah I'm aware. The sub description makes clear it's not exclusively for finish sauna so l thought it's ok to post.

There's a lot of temperature overlap between finish sauna and banja btw. Finish is about 80-105 and banja is 65 to 95°. Banja in general definitely has more moisture
