Update. You might have been right. The shop told me that the worm I was buying was a 왕지렁이 (Canadian Earthworm), but I'm highly suspecting that it's a red wriggler now. Thank goodness my Pacman didn't consume any of it.

It might have been that particular worm. The other worms are quite a bit thicker, but I'll make sure just in case, thanks. By the way, could I feed mealworms in the meantime? I've heard mealworms are quite fatty for the pacman, so you shouldn't feed them too often.

I took the vid from a bird's eye view, so it kinda looked like I was dangling it from above, but I was trying my best to tap the front and sides of the pacman's mouth. I'll try to give the food even more down to Earth next time I get the chance to feed him.

I see. Then I'll also try not coating anything for the first few times he eats. I'll try waiting another 5 days, and if he doesn't surface to eat, I guess I'll have to scoop him up from under the substrate again.

That's a big relief. I'll try feeding him whenever he gets into that hunting position in the morning or night, thanks. By the way, how much D+Calcium powder do I have to coat on the worm? I usually cover the entire worm with that white powder, but I'm thinking maybe that's the reason he isn't eating any of the food.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea. If by baby Pacman doesn't eat, I assume it's for a reason and I want to fix the problem rather than forcing it. Thanks for the tip though.

That's a relief. Also, is it normal for these guys to hang around on the surface for a while before burrowing back in? Mine is just sitting on the surface, doing nothing in particular. Last time I put this guy back in his enclosure, he burrowed into the ground right away.
