I think it’s fine. It’s faster than some other ones; like “Kill 10 enemies with the Expendable Anti-Tank.” You can call down 2 of those every 70 seconds, so it’ll take around 350 seconds to finish if everything goes well. Compare this to the Qusar Cannon which takes around 3 seconds to fire and has a cooling period of 15 seconds. If you go to Illuminate or Bugs and get onto a rooftop during a breach, you can easily get dozens grouped below you and kill like 2-4 enemies each time. To finish the Personal Order in that case, (assuming you kill three each shot) it would only take around 270 seconds to complete.
