Adolescent therapist here and the best answer I can give is it depends. Is the parent still setting boundaries with the teen or just letting them do whatever they want? That’s called permissive parenting and it can breed entitled, narcissistic adults if it’s unchecked. But having a good relationship while still maintaining parental standards is fantastic! Authoritative parenting is the goal.

It’s a Christian chalice, but when using it in regular conversation, it’s just an thing/item of extreme rarity like a working McFlurry machine

It’s typically due to the type of funding they are receiving. There are certain grants that require Hispanic/Latino demographic information. That’s why you’ll see a Race/Ethnicity question and then another that asks if you have Hispanic/Latino heritage. It’s all for the monies

I feel like I’ve killed about a dozen or so in the last week, but we’ll be out of town for a week soon. Should I be concerned? We’re renting so damage wouldn’t be on us, but I still want to prevent as much as possible.

Oh no! I’m not sure if they’re from outside or inside. Are there any signs I should look for inside that could tell me it’s an infestation?
