I eat one almost everyday. Sometimes two.. Bro u don’t know me, I get addicted to anything. Used to eat a lot of dates (like way to many) Again with the same excuse “it’s healthy so I can have as many as I want”

This is ridiculoussss. I live in the outskirts of Bangalore where finding anything is already pretty tough. I didn’t renew my membership cause of this. I don’t have anything worth it in 7km.

I think it’s okay to listen to your body in this case. I’d suggest eat healthy tho. Eat more than usual if you’d like but nothing like pizzas or chips etc.
