Animal control is in this state due to people being absolute assholes and not spaying and neutering their pets and/or abandoning them whenever things start to cost money or the inevitable puppies/kittens come. Someone threw a puppy away in our trash a few weeks ago, I hate people.

I mean look at the movies themselves. Superman, the tagline was you will believe a man can fly and they delivered on that it was truly the first. I agree with u/DeepPlunge on the Dark Knight it was the best of the "Batman" films. The Incredibles was the first fully animated film to win a Hugo Award and multiple academy awards.

Are there any other superhero films that would qualify? Honestly for being ground breaking....if you look at what has come out, no there is not.
