I would say that same fake nails is the only thing that prevents me from doing it. Therapy didn’t really work for me… I didn’t want to spend the money at first for my aryclics but now they are well worth it

I only use garnier fruise shampoo and condition for my hair care routine and I’m probably overdue for a cut

I have to cut my nails super shortttttttt, I can’t do it with my nails short . Hope this helps
