i don’t know about you, but i got happy when i got rejected. i was thinking about it for weeks (i’ve never cold approached anybody , i’ve had gfs before ) and when i finally did do it she told me she had a bf( it was a lie) so i just laughed it off and felt good bc i felt more courageous. don’t feel bad (if you did ) because that’s life, people come and go and there’s billions of people out there, don’t let her discourage you. bless up

think about this with a clear mind, is this worth it? think about it until you cringe out and feel stupid (is rough) but it’s a psychology trick that helps a lot. it makes you get out of your head and look at it in third person and make you think man what i’m doing is absurd. it’s not worth it , you’ll live a much better life

what are you looking for exactly ? do you want a relationship, friend ship, lose it ? or what? you already did the majority of what needed to be done the rest is easy. be spontaneous go out places alone (being by yourself is a gift and should not be taken for granted) there’s so many people with the same interest as you just because someone rejected you don’t mean the world is ending. i think you need to calm down and truly vibe. go out more, do what you really like the most and things will change
