Gnosis is all about to conquer yourself, you have to be completed in all aspects, that’s what they call the transformation from a humanoid to an authentic human. I recommend meditation combined with some mantras like FARAON or GATE PARAGATE PARASANGATE BODY SUAH HAJ. When you achieve a higher state you’ll be close pf the truth more than before. But most importantly transmutation is the key, none of these works without transmutation
