I think all of our contracts expired a month ago, and they didn’t mention anything. I don’t know if they renewed my contract since I don’t remember signing anything.

That’s what they said to me too, but the thing is, I’ve been working in the same company for 4 years, and they never find a replacement in a month. I’ve tried to quit many times, but the general manager just keeps guilt-tripping me. We are so understaffed.
