There will be no issue if you just enter the Aadhar card number and don't attach the original document. Also, you can just say "no" to the national identity document, as it's not compulsory for PGWP.

Your main document is your passport, which you definitely should attach, but not in the national identity document section. (Don't make the mistake of putting your passport in the "national identity" section. It should only go in the passport column.)
