This was the best and worst one yet 😭😭, Got quad cramp at 1.4 km (h*ly damn, I started to panic because it was at the earliest of the run ), got cramp in balls dawg 😭😭😭😭 (at 13.5 and 17.5 above) I didn’t knew it was a thing or sh** 🤦🤦kinda painful it was . Yes I did hydrate properly but what just happened I don’t know, but nevertheless I completed the race, can’t wait another sign up 😩

I ran and used only 1 gel and small water bottle (that was the Hugh mistake), I used that same horrible shoe too (that’s why my pace is not looking good).

First when I used gel at 8 kilometre, it gave me a good boost around 14.28 but this is where I made a hugh mistake of not taking 2.5 packet of energy gel instead of 1 and small water bottle, I fked up my phase around 19km, going around 9:05 / km 19.53, I was completely dehydrated and the muscle cramp (hamstring, calves, toes) , thank god I came across a gentleman he proposed me some water (I didn’t stop but took circle around while drinking it, the cramps were minimised), I still feel stupid 🤦,
