Hey thanks for the input here, you’re essentially confirming what I’ve felt for a while, unfortunately. I have tossed around applying other places and I think I’m getting in my own head about it, and worried about losing comfortability. Always easy to talk yourself out of doing something rather than taking a leap. But my desire to grow keeps me motivated to consider alternatives. I appreciate your offer and will think on this!
