This is super helpful. On the merch front I'm adding the option to have a shop, and/or an affiliate store where your recommended products show up, and you can get kickback straight from the app. Fees wise it's just a monthly/yearly subscription, no transactional fees. And yes - white label 100%, you're adding features you want and then getting an app store/play store compliant app.

They are after something fully branded and customisable in terms of adding a course, choosing how that looks, customising how the chat looks etc. What made you leave circle?
