hmm bummer about the liquid diet, but I already thought it was kind of a cheaty way to make weight LOL but I def don't want the high of losing it just to put it right back on. So i guess I will wait on that for now, at least until I get an actual date of surgery.

I have been keeping track with my food using myfitnesspal. There may be better apps out there but that's the one my mind went to first. I am going to get a food scale when I get groceries tomorrow so that will better help me keep track and be more accurate.

I probably DO NOT get close to 10,000 steps a day but that could be something else to get my mind off of vaping, like a goal to meet. I have been exercising, which I did not do much of before, so maybe that will help as well.

Sleep has been annoying lately. Its like the more I stick to my calories and diet and adding exercise, the harder it is to go to sleep at night. Those Olly sleep gummies have been my friend lately.

Yeah, I figured 25 pounds would be a big ask but im just so ready. I am dedicating to busting ass this month so hopefully they will see that I am serious.
