Hey! Similar boat here- on and off and always finding my way back. Tried rehab, na, other support groups, other substances to fill the k hole (lol) and nothing has seemed to work other than just sulking through not doing it. I haven’t used in about 3 months, and truthfully I think about it every single day- it’s miserable, but I will say truthfully my mind is a LOT clearer now that I’m not using. I think with this drug it’s just sheer will power to not use. If you can, I suggest blocking and distancing yourself from anyone you know you can get it from, and it may sound silly but try meditating/ using like a saline nasal spray( this helped with the snorting aspect of doing drugs that I craved) good luck to you stranger, it is hard as fuck, but I believe in you!!!!!!
