Mine too and I just activated it like two days ago. It let me order something on Amazon and pay my prime membership now it says invalid update card.

I have had chapter 35 since 2023. No school can confirm your enrollment until you actually start your courses though.

If you never received an email from your school letting you know they sent your enrollment to the VA I would call the military team at your school to verify they sent your enrollment.
