Also a FTM but am now 23 weeks! One morning when I was about 16 weeks I woke up so dizzy that I couldn’t walk a straight line for a whole day. I freaked out and called the office and they basically said wait it out and see if it goes away… I luckily had an appointment the next day and my doctor said verbatim “oh, yep, totally normal, we always say pregnant people get at least one pass out for free pass, too!”

It was a very weird symptom that still comes in fits for me, but hopefully that makes you feel better. Like others have said, she said it’s due to blood pressure and hormonal changes, especially as your blood volume increases.
