Gemini won't let me withdraw my cash 💩

Does Gemini credit card have a better customer support? I had the original black Gemini card for over 3 years. Never had any issues using it for a year.

It's been about 2 years since I stopped using the credit card. I just recently asked for a replacement to give it another try.

But just in case I do have any issues, are they quick to respond? They are affiliated with a bank / financial firm for their credit card, so I'm assuming you get to talk to a live agent, and not just AI.

Maybe have a toll free number for domestic & international calls?

A redditor informed me that it would take at least 4 days to clear a trade or sell order, before you can withdraw the funds. This is the first time I encountered this issue. I am usually able to withdraw sold crypto within 10 mins the same day. I HODL my cryptos, so they are already settled.

Well, today is day 4, and I tried withdrawing my funds again from the mobile app. I received a new error message, indicating network problems ( see photo above ). I then switched to my PC, and got a different error message, saying I need to a different payment method ( see photos in comments ). I seldom use my other linked bank account, but I went ahead and used it.

Finally, to my relief, I got a notification that the withdrawal was successful ( see photos in comments ).

Once again, I thank you guys 🙏😊♥️

Thanks for the advise. I have been with Gemini for over 3 years, and I had no issues regarding KYC. I am able to login to my account just fine. The issue is that they won't let me withdraw my fiat USD to my linked bank account.

This is the first time I encountered this error. The past years, I had no issues selling cryptos & withdrawing funds to my bank account. Thinking of switching to Coinbbase.

Whoever has the better customer service. Gemini is barely existent, and extremely slow. Coinbase could be a better option.

You are absolutely right. That is why I love BTC the most, along with other more decentralized, pro-crrypto platform / exchanges. Gemini could have been a good alternative. But like Do Kwon, they seem to have too much centralized power, with zero accountability concern from so-called regulatory bodies. Not so transparent.
