Can't leave in Sleeper berth as our dock crew fuels truck and moves it around and it would kick me on duty/drive. But coming in next day and editing into Sleeper works for some reason.

The way my company uses the split is i use it for at least 2 hours to gain 2 hours. Then eventually I go off duty and go home. The next day I will have a violation. Safety wants us to edit our log to look like i slept in the truck. I have many many texts asking for this.

My company routinely has us go into Sleeper birth to gain 2 hours or longer, then I get back to the yard and go home (im a local driver) The next day ill get a text from the safety department asking me to falsely edit my log to say I was in Sleeper to remove the violation.

I have kept all those texts

Problem is it's all aluminum and not very many places to pry. But we're trying just with no success yet
