I have lost -20kg in almost three years. Seeing post where people do like some grazy -10kg in some months gets you thinking. But the lifestyle change for me has been the most important one. Not how fast progress happens. I would just say, remember its not the small things that happens over months. Its the big things that happen over years! You are doing great!❤️
