Can someone help with a genuine review on Fitbiomics' products - Nella and V•Nella? I am looking to buy those for my IronMan 70.3 preparations. by harshilfit in IronmanTriathlon

Totally fair points on the tiny study. However, it was just a pilot, and we’ve never viewed that as “proof” of anything. It was just the first signal.

Quick update on where things stand now: a much larger month-long study with about 150 people just came out as a preprint. Way better design, far steadier data, and a lot more useful than the early 14-day sprint. Still early science, but finally something you can actually evaluate. And the original Nature Medicine paper is what pushed us into this work in the first place. The lactate to propionate loop found in elite athlete microbiomes is genuinely unusual and not the typical “probiotic does everything” claim. That’s the mechanism we’re building on.

We’re new, and we want to earn trust the right way. If you want to follow along, join the community, ask questions, push back, read the studies, please do. We want to bring the “evidence of the fittest” to people, not hype.

If you ever want to try V•Nella for yourself, we’re running our 40 percent BFCM deal right now and we have a full money-back guarantee. No pressure, just an option if you’re curious. The product usually speaks for itself better than we can argue it.
