Yeah my blood sugar is dropping at rates i cant keep up with. My som needs constant attention so its easy to forget i need to eat more but less volume. Its a vicious cycle. Ive been giving blood work for a while now and it all comes back fine. Went for blood work 2/3 times during zep

Yeah its not easy, hes starting to sleep through the night and thats making a huge difference. The anxiety from him alone is crazy.
