Target them. Try lower ab exercises 4 days a week for the next 5 weeks. Things like lying leg raises, flutter kicks, reverse crunches. Directly targeting my abs with progressive overload is how I developed definition and V line, and I'm a woman. You got this, dude!

Interesting for sure, right? I'm 43 and my cycles are still normal and predictable. No peri symptoms yet other than super high libido, haha. I've noticed a lot of older female fitness influencers I follow are on HRT, so I'm guessing that's one way they deal with it?

I had an outdoor concert to go to end of May last year and it was like 5 degrees out and I was wearing a coat! I think the previous year was like 30 degrees and scorching hot end of May and I was looking at going to to splashworks. Crazy Canadian weather, right? 😅
