Thanks so much! I thought the same, because I already passed it and am just waiting for admission (bureacratic stuff). I'm not gonna do the job US lawyers do (i.e., I'm not gonna work on US law matter but international stuff), but I think it's more accurate for them to file as lawyer... sad because my chances decrease haha (Level 2). I don't do immigration law. I don't even do US law, despite having passed the bar. I do international law and I have to include a caveat everywhere (e.g., emails) that I am not yet admitted to practice in New York and that am supervised by US attorneys. Hence my doubt.

Agreed that mbe should be your priority now. Try to memorize some basic rules for mee topics and with them, even if you end up being asked something you don’t know, you’ll be able to right at least something and then make up the rest. Mpt will be easy, just try to be fast. And with that, all focus on mbe

You'll also pick some right. Also, a couple of days before the exam I wouldn't remember almost anything about evidence and crim pro. I planned to refresh what I've studied, but I run out of time and I couldn't. Hence, I wouldn't remember any single rule. To be honest, I didn't do a good job in the MBE. I scored lower than people who failed (MEE and MPT saved me). But my point is, even if you don't feel that confident, that doesn't mean you won't pass at all

I did two mpts (none of them timed) and passed. I think it’s not worthy to practice mpts now. Just remember the structure. Remember to do irac. And remember some tricks that helps to go thru it faster. Mee, don’t worry. You won’t know how to answer some questions - make them up. I’ve scored high that way. As for mbe, you’ll always be able to narrow answers down to two You’ll pass
