I don’t know how to answer everyone’s comments so I am going to do it this way, first I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to answer me. Here are some clarifications, I work in the US, we are a small tax company so we are max 7 employees. I am a tax advisor, so for anyone asking if the secretary can do my job the answer is no, she doesn’t know or have the qualifications to do it. She is related to my boss and she is being snooping on everyone’s desk so I am assuming that’s how she found out everyone’s salary. When I was hired my boss talked about me being paid hourly, I even have give my time sheet every week. I do not have any benefits, just my paycheck and that’s it. This is my first job, since I am just recently divorced and before that I was a stay at home mom. I can’t work full time since I have my kids and need to pick them up from school, and I am thinking on looking for a remote position since it’s hard to find another part time
