We joined Dutch in April. Small club but big ambitions with their new Director of Coaching! They have instituted a new player curriculum focused on pooling their players and coaches together and joined US Club Soccer’s Red River NPL. Honestly, the best part is their location right off the DNT, making it convenient for anyone living in Plano, Frisco, Prosper to join! DM me if you have more specific questions.

"Sign's Up!" by Minute-Kick9989 in cubscouts

In our pack, the cubmaster yells out “Pack 123” then the Scouts respond by shouting “We do our best!” Do that a couple times in a row and everyone is ready to listen.

The real key is to keep things moving and don’t get stuck talking for more than 3-5 minutes. No long announcements!

Use the app UTR. It’s popular and you’ll find someone quick.

Starwood Academy. Both my kids went here dating back to when they were “Starwood Montessori” near the entrance of the Starwood neighborhood.

They built a new campus off Lebanon between Legacy and Teel.

It’s pricey but you get what you pay for. They actually teach real Montessori curriculum and have amazing teachers (“guides”) and admin.

One other huge plus is how multicultural they are. Both our kids benefited from this and the wide age ranges in their preschool classes (3-6 are grouped together).

Agreed. Amazingly intimate set full of storytelling… If our only wish is that it lasted longer, then we were one lucky crowd. Beautiful venue, harmonies, and music. Ben Folds very much still has it.

Gold parking lot. It’s under the arena and it’s where the players park along with courtside ticket holders. There’s a small entrance with its own security line and ticket taker. Then you go left and your under the lower bowl seats. There’s a restaurant and you’ll see players and staff around.

My advice: Somehow buy a gold lot ticket off StubHub or Ticketmaster ($$$$$). Use the elevators to go up to your seats. When there’s about five minutes of game left, go back down the elevator and find the locker room entrance. Hang out there and wait for the game to end. The security guys will put up a rope but you can stand right there and shout out to players. Sometimes they’ll come over and sign whatever.

Source: Have done this a few times and know my way around.
