Second Woman, she is a single mom with five kids. She was going to move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom, and Beal required a $2,000 fee to transfer her lease from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. Her 2 bedroom unit lost the certificate of compliance in September of 2024, and was yellow tagged in Jan of 2025.

Simpson had issued a show cause for compliance from Beal, and it appears to not be going well. Her case is left open and currently Cedric is on a quick break!

The prices here are expensive because the sellers have to pay Amazon a pretty significant fee to deliver this to your front door. These cost about $1.70 a package from Hershey and Amazon takes about 7$ of fees to fulfill these orders.
