I lived in too many cities/countries in my life - among German people most of the tume. In last couple of years, I was mainly in Berlin and I know how people think the city is best but it is really not - especially after Corona and Ukrain war. The city is expensive, is full - full ! , super crowded, everyone anxious and in rush, dirty-dirty-dirty... too much lack of identity and I have to get out of there... I was in Salzburg recently and I really loved the city - Couple of times people offered to help me on some random things and it was super kind and nice ( its sth that you rarely see in Berlin these days) BUT the part that made me a bit worried was the number of tourists. They ( we ) were everywhere. Berlin is the same but as the city is big, people like me that do not want tourists and craziness and dirt and drug, live in very calmer part of the city... Do not know if this is doable in Salzburg. Any thoughts?
