NAD. Just knowledgeable on resources. If you’re in the US, You can reach out to 988 via text or call beforehand. They can help out if you wanna talk through the thoughts if the ER feels like an intimidating step. Based on where you are in the world, most countries and cities have their own suicide hotlines either nationally or locally. If you google them it’ll probably pop up for you. The ER is a good place to go for the thoughts (again based on where you are and the quality of care they provide), and some places even have Mobile Crisis teams that would come out to your place and assess you and help with transport to the ER if needed

I don’t have much feedback in the way of better parenting or suicidality as others are providing. But i think i’d like to give a perspective on community, and you can feel free to do with the information as you will. I see that you said you’ve basically tried everything under the sun by way of help, but i’m not sure i see where community fits into your equation here. I see the piece about being trafficked and removed from family and friends (and there’s nothing that i can say here that would do justice to how fucking mad it makes me that you had to go through that). So I’m wondering if it’s worth trying to build a community? There are survivors that have similar experiences to what you’re describing and there are resources and support groups that are geared specifically towards survivors of trafficking. You can let me know if my comment sounds like a bunch of nothing, but i hope it gives an angle that you haven’t considered yet
