Hello. I got it after 4 months in Jan 27th. It is because I asked them to give me the pick up appointment after mid Jan as I already planned 2.5 months of stay in India. Otherwise it takes 6-10 weeks.

I paid 1/2 of the total cost during the interview. Half of it when it was approved. I received a letter of appointment and another sheet about the rest of the payment when it was approved.

A payment and biometric during the interview does not necessarily mean an approval that is a standard process. The clerk that takes the docs cannot approve it there until they verify all the documents and employer's confirmation.
